- PLEXAR AI Conversations: Messages you exchange with our AI relationship coach
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)

- Personality Profile: Big Five scores, archetype classification, emotional intelligence metrics
- Behavioral Alignment Data: Self-perception vs. others' perception analysis

3. How We Protect Your Identity
3.1 Pseudonymization
Plexality uses pseudonymization to separate your public presence from your private identity:
- Display Name/Username: Acts as a pseudonym that represents you publicly on the platform
- Real Identity: Your email, real name (if provided), and payment information are stored separately and never publicly displayed
- Assessment Results: Can be shared using your username without revealing your real identity
- AI Conversations: Processed using your user ID, not your real name or email
Important: Pseudonymization is not the same as complete anonymization. We can still link your pseudonym (username) to your real identity in our secure database for account management, billing, and customer support purposes.
3.2 Your Control
You control your privacy on Plexality:
- Use a username that doesn't reveal your real identity
- Be mindful about what you share in PLEXAR conversations
- Consider privacy implications before sharing compatibility analyses with others
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver our services. These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their functions:
4.1 Payment Processing

Our PLEXAR AI and personality insights utilize artificial intelligence technologies from:

5.1 We Do NOT:

- Share your personality profiles with advertisers
- Allow third parties to access your PLEXAR conversations
- Share identifiable data without your consent

- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing (e.g., sharing compatibility reports with another user)
- Aggregated/Anonymized Data: Statistical patterns that cannot identify individuals (e.g., "30% of users score high in Openness")
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
6. PLEXAR AI & Your Privacy
Protect Your Privacy - Do NOT Share:
- Social Security numbers or government IDs
- Financial account details or passwords
- Private medical records or health information
- Information about others without their consent
- Details about ongoing legal matters
How PLEXAR Conversations Are Used:
- Conversations are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses
- We may use anonymized conversation patterns to improve our AI
- Conversations are stored to provide conversation history features
- We do NOT use your conversations to train publicly available AI models without consent
7. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion
- Assessment Results: Retained while your account is active or until you request deletion
- PLEXAR Conversations: Retained while your account is active or until you request deletion
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax/accounting compliance
7.1 Service Improvement
We may use anonymized and aggregated assessment data and PLEXAR conversation patterns to improve our services. This data is stripped of any identifying information and cannot be linked back to you. For example, we might analyze general response patterns to improve our assessment questions or AI responses, but this analysis never includes your identity, email, or username.
8. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account:
- Your personality profile and assessment results are permanently deleted
- Your PLEXAR conversation history is permanently deleted
- Your account information is removed after a 90-day grace period
- Any compatibility analyses involving you are removed
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law
To delete your account, you can do so from your account settings or by contacting us at privacy@plexality.com.
Note: We cannot provide our services without processing your data. If you wish to stop all data processing, you will need to delete your account.
9. International Data Transfers
Plexality is based in the United States. Your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Agreements with our service providers.
10. Children's Privacy
Plexality is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately at privacy@plexality.com.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
